Guy started his career in advertising in 1990 as a trainee at Leo Burnett. During his career in advertising he worked in London at JWT, DMB&B, Bates and Publicis. In May 2003 Guy transferred his skills to the world of design and brand identity, taking the role of Client Services Director at WPP's Coley Porter Bell leading the department as well as running major pieces of the agency's business. In June 2008 Guy joined the Coca-Cola Company as Director of Creative Excellence for Europe, where his responsibilities lie in managing the European agency roster for Coca-Cola, developing the creative output for the region, and looking after the design discipline.
