MIPTV online community: LOGIN ISSUES
  • How do I access MIPTV online community ?
    If you have not registered yet for MIPTV 2010: Browse through the "public" part of MIPTV Online Community and get a glimpse of who is attending!

    If you have already registered for MIPTV 2010: You can access full contact, company and product information for the entire MIPTV online community. Simply enter your personal login and password (provided upon registration) in the login area of www.mipworld.net.

  • I can't find or haven't received my password. What should I do?
    You should have received your personal login and password (provided upon registration to MIPTV) by email. If you haven't received it, please click on the "Forgot password?" link in the login area; your password will be sent to you by email. Please note that both the personal login and the password are a series of numbers which cannot be changed, and which should be stored in a secure area.
  • I still can't access the Database…
    If none of the above works, please contact the Customer Service Help Desk.

  • I can't find my company in MIPTV Online Community.
    Make sure that your search terms match the company information you specified on your registration contract.
  • My company/delegate details are wrong. How can I change them?
    Contact the registration dept.
  • How can I get a list of all registered delegates?
    Under the "Search" tab, select "Participants" to run a participant search. Without specifying any criteria, hit "Find Participants". This will return a list of all registered delegates.
  • How do I find MIPTV buyers?
    Under the "Search" tab, select "Participants" to run a participant search. In the field "Participant Activity", select "Acquisition". This will return a list of all registered buyers.
  • I can't find any results for my search.
    The more criteria you specify in your search request, the fewer results you will get. Try broadening your search in order to obtain a wider field of results.
  • How long will I have access to MIPTV Online Community?
    Your access to MIPTV Online Community is valid until the next event (approximately one year).
MIPTV online community: COMPANY, PERSONAL & PRODUCT PROFILES
  • What is my company profile?
    Your company profile allows you to explain in detail your company's activities. You can also display your company logo. We highly recommend that you provide as many details as possible in your company profile, as this will optimise your chances of being found by your future partners.
  • How can I change my company profile?
    In the "MY MIPTV" tab, select "My company & products", then the link "Edit my company profile". Simply fill in the required fields.
  • What is my personal profile?
    Your personal profile allows you to introduce yourself and to share your business objectives for MIPTV. You can include a photo.
  • What are my programme/service profiles?
    Showcase specific programmes and services by building dedicated profiles for them. Three programme profiles and three service profiles are offered FREE per company registration.
  • I get an error message each time I try to fill in my product profile.
    Make sure that that you have followed the Technical Specifications:
    - Image files should not exceed 250x250 pixels, 50 Ko and 72 Dpi (JPEG or GIF format files)
    - Files should not exceed 2 Mo (Word, Excel, PDF, Powerpoint, MP3, WAV, MPEG, AVI or MOV format files)
